Our Shipping Warehouse is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern.
Most orders ship within 24 hours.
If you need an overnight or second day order it must be placed by 1:00pm Eastern time.
Free shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental United States over $75. - Privacy & Security
- Orders are shipped discreetly. All packages are unmarked boxes. The company label will be TIK Enterprises. The return address will state distribution center in Blakely PA. You will be emailed a shipping and tracking number when the item has shipped.
- Returns & Replacements

Returns received within 30 days of your order ship date are eligible for a refund.
Lingerie/Clothes: For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
Shipping/Gift Wrap: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Closeouts: Sales of closeout merchandise are final (no returns will be accepted) These items are clearly marked closeout on the product page, the shopping cart page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. (If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.)
Tip: Your local post office (in the U.S. only) provides free boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail, but for packages of 11 ounces or less, First Class postage is cheaper and for packages of 2 pounds or more, you might find Parcel Post to be a better value. Also, you can usually reuse the container in which you received your order. For example, if you received your order in a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly, if you received your order in a box, you can reuse it as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.
Please be sure to pack your return in such a way that we receive the items in the same condition in which you received them. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted.

If you request a refund:
We'll either issue a credit to your original credit/debit card (we have this on file, so there is no need to write this on the packing slip) or refund your pay pal account, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase, and we will send you an email confirmation. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 2-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your return is received after the refund period has expired, a store credit will be issued good towards a future purchase at Leather Lingerie and TIK Enterprises.
If you request an exchange:
We don't normally charge for shipping if the same style is being exchanged for a different size, but other exchanges may be subject to our normal shipping charges. We will automatically use the least expensive method available.
Coupons may not be used for exchanges.
If there is a balance due you, we'll either issue a credit to your charge card or credit your pay pal account, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed TIK Enterprises, we will charge the same card you used for your original purchase or you can enclose a money order (payable in U.S. Funds to "TIK Enterprises"). Paying by Credit Card
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
- We will verify your billing address with your bank. To avoid shipping delays, please be sure to give us the correct address.
- We don't send any junk mail or send separate invoices through the mail.
- The charge will appear on your statement as TIK Enterprises.
Cash or Check
- If you prefer not to pay with credit, we accept pay pal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Sales Tax
- We are required by New Mexico State Law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to New Mexico. In New Mexico, both the shipping charge and the gift wrap charge are taxable.
